- Digital/email packs: Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once a pack has been sent.

- Physical packs: If your pack is lost in the post or damaged on arrival, please contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

- Subscription cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Future packs will not be sent, and you will not be charged for upcoming months.
