Lost Letters

Sometimes, even the most magical messages can lose their way through the woods!

If your Whispering Wood letter hasn’t arrived, please don’t worry, we’re here to help make things right.

 

A few things to know

Our letters are sent via standard postal services and, like all mail, they occasionally experience delays or go missing.

 

Common reasons letters go astray

  • A small typo in the address at checkout
  • Missing details (like a unit or apartment number)
  • The letter being mistaken for junk mail and accidentally discarded. (It happens more often than you might think!)
  • Seasonal delays with postal services

 

Delivery timeframes

  • Within New Zealand: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International (if applicable): can take 2–4 weeks

Monthly letters are sent on the 5th of each month, while welcome letters are emailed when you sign up.

 

If your letter hasn’t arrived

If it’s been longer than expected, please get in touch with us. We’ll happily arrange a replacement where needed, we want every child to receive their magical post!
