Thank you for shopping with us. We are based in New Zealand and ship worldwide.

Processing Times

Packs are shipped on the 5^th of each month. For example, if you subscribe any time from 1^st to 31^st January, then your first pack will be sent on 5^th February.

Estimated Delivery Times

• New Zealand: 3–5 business days
• Australia: 5–8 business days
• All Other International Locations: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
